1.1 How to make a reservation?
Send us a request via the contact form or to our e-mail addressinfo@villavisnja.com and we will contact you as soon as possible. By booking accommodation, you agree to our Terms and conditions and House rules.

1.2 What are the cancellation terms.
Cancellations must be done up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Then the advance deposit is returned at the expense of the guest. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days before date of arrival the advance payment is not refundable. In case of cancellation during the stay guests will be charged 100% of the reservation.
2. LOCATION - DISTANCE TO SEA – NOISE
2.1 How far away is the sea?
Distance from the sea to the villa is 30 meters. Villa Višnja, like other houses and villas in the area is elevated around 25 meters from the sea level. To get to the beach you can use the stairs in front of the villa or go down the street to the famous “Punta Rata” beach.
2.2 How many steps are to the sea?
From the villa to the sea there is 80 steps.
2.3 What kind of beach is right in front of the villa?
Right in front of the villa is a concrete beach. In Brela there is a promenade along the entire town, so you can walk easily to all beaches. The nearest pebble beach is located 50 meters from the villa.
2.4 We would like to go for a walk in the evening, where we can walk?
Brela has a beautiful seafront promenade which is lit at night and is one of the best places for an evening stroll.
2.5 How far away are you from the Punta Rata beach and "Kamen Brela" – Brela symbol?
"Kamen Brela", a unique rock with growing trees in the sea and the symbol of and Brela is 300 meters away from the villa. Punta Rata beach, most popular beach and one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe is 400 meters away.
2.6 Is the beach reachable with baby stroller?
Yes, you can get down the stairs in front of the villa, or go down the street.
2.7 Is the street in front of the villa full of traffic and safe for children?
The street in front of the villa goes to Punta Rata beach, 400 meters from the villa. There is a roundabout and the end of the street. Street is used only by local guests and the people who live here, so that the traffic is very low. Street is safe for children but keep them close when going down the street.
2.8 Is the area noisy or quiet?
This is a quiet part of Brela and in the evening there is complete silence. Because of this, this part of Brela is very popular among parents with small children.
2.9 How far away is the nearest market?
Nearest Market is located 50 meters from the villa. It works every day, including Sunday. Every morning it gets new food and supplies and is well stocked.
2.10 How far away is the nearest restaurant?
Nearest restaurant is 200 meters away from the villa and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2.11 Is the parking covered and cars safe from the sun?
Parking has a bamboo screen roof and provides sufficient protection from the sun.
3. ROOMS – FEATURES
3.1 Which room has the best view of the sea?
Villa Višnja is oriented towards the sea and all rooms have a wonderful view of the sea and islands. All rooms have the same view.
3.2 Which rooms on the floor is the best?
Each floor is decorated a little differently. On the same floor, all rooms are the same.
3.3 When you take two rooms can the terraces be connected?
On every floor rooms 1 and 2; and 3 and 4 can connect the terraces. You can open the door between the terraces and then they make a nice apartment. Than you can go from one room to the other over the terrace.
3.4 Is there direct sunlight in the room?
The terraces are long and the sun never comes directly into the room.
3.5 Do the trees block the view?
The trees are trimmed so they don’t block the view and still provide protection from the sun.
3.6 Does every studio have it’s own kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea?
Each studio has its own private terrace and its own private kitchen. On each floor there are 4 studios with 4 kitchens. No one except you uses your kitchen.
3.7 Does every studio have it’s own fridge with freezer?
Every kitchen has a 120 liter refrigerator with a small freezer.
3.8 How are the kitchens in the studios equipped?
Each kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots for cooking.
3.9 We would take one studio and we have two children, how can we accommodate?
Studio apartments on floors B and C have large extra beds (130 x 200) and can accommodate two children without problems.
3.10 We would like to make a grill, where can we do that?
In villa Višnja we have a special room for a grill. It has an electric grill and wood grill. During the summer, it is strictly prohibited to make open fire. Do not make a fire on the beach.
